Raw Honey may appear to be cloudy or will look milkier than honey that has been heated and pasteurized. You may also see some crystallization. This is normal and the honey is fine to eat. You can remove the crystals by warming the honey. Simply place the bottle of honey into a container of warm water. The crystals will melt and the honey will liquefy. Heating in a microwave is not recommended. Do not be concerned if you see white "stuff" in the honey. During the creaming process, the honey is aerated. The white appearance is simply trapped air.
