| I stacked one cap with my cellucor c4 extreme preworkout, a tablespoon of liquid L-carnitine and hit the gym for an arms day and when I hit a double biceps in the mirror my arms looked like cartoons they were so pumped. Very nice addition to my preworkout. I worked out around 3 and the pump stuck with me till 8. That is a lot of time to flush your muscles with nutrients. I have to recommend this. |
