Post workout is just as important as pre workout or even inner workout and has become more so for me, because recovery is the key to success(GAINS). Look at it like this - recovery leads to better or more productive workouts (all your supplements become more effective). Soreness leads to less productive workouts or INJURY!! The ingredients are top notch and though it might be a bit expensive I would not have a single day without my Torrent post workout shake. I'm on a TKD (targeted ketogenic diet) prepping for a contest. I do HIT 6/7 and my intensity is kept through the roof (supersetting, dropsets you name it), recovery is very good (I'm also adding VPX Redline and iSatori Morph preworkout).
