Seniors generally need a large quantity of beneficial bacteria and several varieties of bifidobacteria for optimum bowel health. With just one dose I felt my system start to work properly. I feel it is an excellent product, doing all that it says it will do. Would I recommend it to others? You bet! Any one that will listen hears about this product from me! P.S. I'm sixty six years old.
