Other Ingredients: Gelatin, whey (milk), magnesium stearate, stearic acid.

Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1-2 capsules in the morning and another 1-2 capsules in the afternoon. If training take 1-2 capsules prior to exercise. Do not exceed 6 capsule per day.

Discontinue use and call a physician immediately if you experience rapid heart beat, dizziness, severe headache, shortness of breath, or other similar symptoms. Individuals who consume additional caffeine with this product may experience serious adverse health effects. It is not recommended to take this product if you are consuming ephedrine.
