I had read about Sesamin in a few scientific journals (I'm a grad student) a few months back. Decided to give it a try. 30 to 60 min after taking I noticed a warming in my body, nothing too crazy, but I definitely felt the effect. This pairs nicely with Guggulbolic. Using the two of them helped me trim up within two weeks (definitely lost more fat than I can typically lose in that time period).

Have been on a low carb diet for about 5 years and just recently started using Sesamin and it works for me! It's easier for me to obtain my "fat-burning" mode using this product.
Contains no solvent residues, allergens, artificial flavoring or colors.
Other Ingredients: Gelatin, Glycerin, Purified Water, Caramel, Titanium Dioxide.
Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, take one softgel 3 times per day with food.

This product contains glycerine which is not a carbohydrate but has 4.32 calories per gram.
