Recommended Use: As an adult dietary supplement, mix one heaping scoop (30.5 grams) with 12 to 16 ounces of water 30 to 60 minutes prior to exercise/athletic event. For advanced athletes, a second serving may be taken immediately following the event. One non-workout days, take one heaping scoop immediately upon waking.
