In my opinion, one of the best tasting MRPs available. Very good nutritional composition. At nearly 400 calories I generally do use Lean Mass Matrix as a replacement for a meal and not just as a protein supplement.
I've been drinking all three flavors of the Lean Mass Matrix MRPs for 3-4 years, and they taste great. They're the only ones I've found with a healthy source of carbs, as opposed to the sugars and maltodextrin found in many other MRPs.
This is probably the best tasting and most filling of all MRP's. I usually mix 80% milk 20% water to get the best taste and thickness. It also has EFA's which is a plus. I can say good and bad about my past meal supplements, but this one has only good from me. Definitely worth the money. It is filling, and instead of being hungry 30 minutes later this MRP lasts me a good 3 hours before I need to eat again. I am a very active person. For less active people, I could see it lasting longer.
best tasting shake I've ever had. High amounts of quality protein with a good balance of carbs and fats. Doesn't get thick and pudding-like even if you let it sit for hours in the fridge after mixing. Very filling and a great meal at bedtime. I drink 2-3 a day and I love the taste. Did I say how much I like the way it tastes...........
