| I take phenibut on weekends before going to sleep when I've been up late drinking alcohol. The phenibut allows me to stay asleep for a full 8-9 hours instead of waking up at my normal weekday time. The full nights sleep almost completely eliminates any hangover feelings. Highly recommended if you experience hangovers after a night out. |
