Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement consume 2-5 servings per day. Consume pre-, during-, and/or post-exercise, or in divided doses on non-training days. To mix, combine one serving (1 scoop) per 10-20 ozs of water; stir vigorously with a spoon or mix in a shaker cup.
