| A great product! I have been taking Change-O-Life for several years, through many ups and downs, and at age 53 I still feel no need to go on hormone replacement therapy. I started with much less than the recommended dose, but as I have gotten older and began noticing some typical "perimenopausal" changes, I've increased my dose and had great results. I don't like the thought of going on artificial hormones, so it's nice to have a natural alternative. |
