I was active at the time, just not losing the areas of fat I was concerned about. I remained active, which I strongly recommend, and I practically watched the last inches I was worried about, melt off of me. I continue to use, and I supplement it with Lipo 6 Black for her Ultra concentrate, as it helps if you take fat burners for extended periods of time.
