Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop of AminoCell(tm) in 6-10 oz of cold water. For best results sip 1 serving during intense exercise (intra-workout) and another serving after intense exercise (post-workout). AminoCell(tm) may also be used in place of a protein shake when dieting as it contains high amounts of branched chain amino acids (without all the calories).
