Studies on Bromelain, an enzyme derived from pineapple, indicate that this enzyme may have a beneficial effect on immune cell trafficking. Through these and other mechanisms, NOW Turmeric & Bromelain can help to temporarily alleviate minor joint discomfort caused by overuse.
We like it. It has the curcumin from the turmeric and includes this with the bromelain in one formula. Seems to be helping joint pain/stiffness. Have read good things on all 3 ingredients from many products, so this is good combo for the money! Doesn't upset our stomach either.

Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1-2 Vcaps 2 times daily, preferably with meals.
