Super Omega 3-6-9

Super Omega 3-6-9 is a blend of Fish, Borage and Organic Flax Seed Oils.  This combination of well-known nutritional oils provides a unique balance of Omega-3 and Omega-6 Essential Fatty Acids plus Omega-9, a non-essential, but beneficial fatty acid.  The Omega-3's, Alpha Linolenic Acid, EPA and DHA, and the Omega-6, GLA, are necessary for the maintenance of cardiovascular, nervous system and skin health.  Oleic Acid, an Omega-9, has also been shown to promote a healthy vascular system.

While small percentages of essential fatty acids can be obtained from food, the majority of the population tends to consume far more of the saturated ‘bad’ fats than essential ‘good’ fats (Omega-3 and -6). My bad cholesterol has always been low. 2. My good cholesterol has also been low. 3. My triglycerides have been borderline. 4. The drugs they gave me only helped a little. 5. They wanted to do more drugs, and I already took too many. SOOO. I said let me diet and exercise more and, we will see if I can do better. I didn't do as well in my diet and exercise as I would have liked but I did a good job of taking Omega 3-6-9 (NOW) and: 1a Bad cholesterol is still low (Great) 2b Good cholesterol is now up (Great) 3c Triglycerides are good (Great) 4d No extra drugs & no heart attack (Super Great) Was this review helpful to you?
