Super EPA
NOW Super EPA is manufactured under strict quality control and is screened to ensure the absence of potentially harmful contaminants. These high potency softgels contain twice as much omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA) as our regular Omega-3 capsules.
Super EPA is taken from the concentrated fish oils of salmon, mackerel, sardines, and anchovies. These fish oils are derived from the whole fish, not just the liver or another body part. NOW utilizes a low heat process that protects the finished product from oxidation while removing cholesterol. NOW also uses molecular distillation to remove any contaminants. There are less than 10 parts per million (ppm) of heavy metals in our Super EPA.
