Super Omega EPA is taken from the concentrated fish oils of salmon, mackerel, sardines, and anchovies. These fish oils are derived from the whole fish, not just the liver or another body part. NOW utilizes a low heat process that protects the finished product from oxidation while removing cholesterol. NOW also uses molecular distillation to remove any contaminants. There are less than 10 parts per million (ppm) of heavy metals in NOW Super Omega EPA.
These provide a high dose of omega 3 per capsule. I don't experience any fishy after taste, although my wife does with these. I've been using them for years and started when I wanted a high dose and a molecular distilled product.
This is a great source of fish oil. There is little to no taste and it doesn't repeat on me. My wife thought they tasted a little fishy though. They also really pack in the EPA and DHA so you only need one pill a day compared to 3 or more of some brands. Great price too!
This is the cheapest, highest quality fish oil I've found so far. A lot of companies charge far more for products with only 120/180 EPA/DHA. They are very easy to swallow. I have a pretty sensitive stomach and I've never gotten "fish burps" with this.
