The citrus tastes great. A quick squirt with my morning stack, or added to my pre-workout shake and I'm on my way. Mixes well with fruit flavored mixes, but also tastes great all by itself. Great value, great l-carn.

NOW's Liquid L-Carnitine is a great supplement for supporting my cardio and strength-training workouts and meal plan. I take it daily, and especially enjoy the citrus flavor. The Tropical Punch flavor is nice, too.
Does not contain sugar, starch, yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, soy, milk, egg or artificial colors/flavors. Vegetarian formula.
Other Ingredients: Purified Water, vegetable glycerin, malic acid citric acid, natural fruit extracts and flavors, potassium chloride, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate and lemon (citrus limon) oil. The L-Carnitine used in this product is Pharmaceutical grade.
Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, take one tablespoon 2 times daily, preferably on an empty stomach.
This product contains glycerine which is not a carbohydrate but has 4.32 calories per gram.
