September 24, 2007 Reviewer: Gary in Virginia I have had aching knees and pain in one hip for several years. My doctor said it was arthritic joints. I started on a regimen of triple strength Osteo Bi-Flex twice a day. It helped some, but when I added HA, 2 capsules in the AM and 2 in the PM, all my joint pain was relieved. It mentioned that as we age our bodies don't produce this like they did when we were younger. (Big shocker!) :) Well, I certainly had the sore stiff knees and figured I give it a try. I was very pleased with the result. I noted a marked improvement in how my knees felt, and it seemed to work pretty quickly too. Give it a try, it might help you too.
