NOW brand glucosamine and chondroitin liquid with MSM has a pleasant citrus taste, much more palatable than other brands I have tried. The first time I bought it (in a retail store) two people told me that results are noticeable within 3 days. I was skeptical. Supplements treat causes, not symptoms, right? It has to take a couple of weeks! But I gave it a try, as did my extreme skeptic of a husband, and do you know what? Within 3 days, we were feeling noticeably less joint pain! I swear it's true, and within a couple of weeks, we were pain free. Try it, or you won't believe it either.
Love the liquid. I am not sure how good it works because I'm 38 and take it more as a precaution but taste great and you don't have to take the horse pills.
Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablespoon (15 mL) twice daily.
