April 03, 2007 Reviewer: William in Ohio I have been using AST's GABA and it does exactly what it advertises. My sleep was deep and my dreams were more vivid. The tingling they talk about goes away very quickly and only lasted the first week I took it. I am ordering NOW's GABA powder because you get more for the $. July 12, 2007 Reviewer: Melissa in California I like to start my day with a dose of NOW's GABA powder mixed in water. I take it first thing in the morning, along with other supplements that require an empty stomach, especially an oil-based supplement to help absorption. Started taking magnesium citrate which helped to a large degree but adding NOW Gaba truly made all the difference with my sleep issues.
