Omega-3 is an essential fatty acid (EFA, also known as a polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA)) that is derived from both animal and plant sources, although Omega-3 from fish oil is the most common supplemental form. Lemon taste. - You get more fish oil per dollar and it's distilled to remove any chemicals. Try it, I've tried several brands since 1998 and always return to this brand from Netrition. It tastes nice and lemony, and you can even eat a spoonful of it. I mix it with an equal part rice vinegar and it makes a terrific salad dressing. Everybody should buy this.
