Ingredients: De-ionized water, liquid arnica extract (arnica spp.)carrageenan, glucose/glucose oxidase/lactoperoxidase (natural preservative), potassium sorbate, sodium hyaluronate (hyaluronic acid), aloe vera (leaf), chamomille liquid extract (matricaria recutita), witch oil, vitamin E (natural d-alpha tocopherol), green tea extract (camellia sinensis) and vitamin K (phytonadione).

Recommended Use: Apply desired amount of NOW Arnica Cooling Releif Gel to any areas of the body suffering from muscle tension or aches and pains. Apply the gel 2-3 times a day as needed until the muscle tension is releived. Keep away from sensitive areas of the body and do not ingest.
