NOW® Certified Organic Amber Agave Nectar is a natural liquid sweetener extracted from the Agave plant.  At approximately 1.4 times the sweetness of white sugar, Agave Nectar serves as an ideal way to sweeten coffee, tea, smoothies, sports drinks, and other popular beverages.  Agave Nectar has an exotic taste that contains overtones of maple and honey, making it perfect for use on cereals, pancakes and waffles, or in recipes for baked goods and sauces.  NOW® Amber Agave Nectar has a low glycemic index rating, won't solidify at room temperature, and can be used in virtually any application that calls for sugar.  Certified Organic Amber.
