Even the next day you will still feel "swool". Absolutely no downsides to this product. This is a product that I will be using permanently. I just recently mixed it with the Optimum Nutrition creatine monohydrate and I was in awe with the pump I experienced. And I experience it every time I hit the gym. November 26, 2006 Reviewer: Daniel in New York Very good product, you won't feel the intense tingling from this that you do with other L-arginine based vasodilators but you will be able to work out longer and harder at the gym.
