This is great for controlling yeast infections. Check with your doctor. Mine put me on it 3 times a day for the rest of my life and I have not been bothered with yeast infections for years now.

Also, if you keep it cold, it remains active for years. I just went on oral antibiotics and tested it. Always use it when you or your family - as well as pets! - are on antibiotics, to keep beneficial bacteria in the gut alive and prevent diarrhea. This Now product was recommended to me by our health food store owner over thirty years ago, and has never disappointed.
I have been using this product for the last several month's now and this past Winter was the first one without even a cold! I now give my kids one of these whenever they are beginning to feel sick and seems to prevent anything from developing. This is the best product I've found for the price.
