I like that it is sweetened with stevia and it fluffs up nice in the blender with lots of ice..fluffs up better than most other natural proteins I've tried. It also dissolves well in a shaker bottle, but I prefer to use it with other ingredients to make a thick shake in the blender. I like both the vanilla and chocolate flavor very much.
