I have type 2 diabetes, but love potatoes, and bread. I usually eat very low carb bread, and don't get anywhere near potatoes. However, I've been sprinkling this on my potatoes and higher carb bread and am not only losing weight, but have stopped the blood sugar spikes when eating simple carbs. I haven't tried them with sugary items, but I'm loving small portions of potatoes again. I keep several packages in my purse too, just in case I'm running errands and eat out. I had a huge bowl of Asian chicken noodle soup one night, sprinkled this in, and the scale was down the next morning. I'm back today to buy more. I will not be without this product again!
