Carnivor Mass is safe. It's the only gainer I know of that can do this. The vanilla caramel mixed into chocolate soy milk tastes amazing. It mixes well enough in a shaker bottle with some water added to the soy milk. A blender is ideal, of course. I have grown sensitive to sweets because my diet mainly consists of raw, unprocessed foods. I try avoid sugars, starches, salt, and gluten. Post workout is my carb time and this is a treat. I've packed on muscle and somehow can still burn fat (this is mostly due to my diet.) I am ordering the fudge flavor and may report back on that. Definitely use a mixing ball in your shaker with this and it also does get foamy so you kinda have to let it settle before you drink. Definitely one of my favorite proteins out there. Yes  No March 10, 2013 Reviewer: Nick in Washington Due to my milk issues I ordered 5 types of protein. I would not order this again. The amount of phlegm this generates after consumption was moderate but not extreme. What really got me was the flavor. It has a very unpleasant synthetic flavor to it. This could just be the caramel flavor I don't know about the other varieties. What I did like about it was the cost, which was low per serving, and it being totally different from the other types of protein so I can rotate longer without restarting. I -may- order this type again for a place in my rotation, but I absolutely would not order the vanilla caramel again.
