Good stuff! If you're not used to caffeine then you want to follow the instructions and slowly ramp up the serving dosage. I'm used to a lot of caffeine and starting with half the dosage with no ill effects. I seem to be losing a few pounds in last week or so. I had a baby about 8 months ago and needed something to help me lose my baby weight. I have been taking Hydroxycut for about 6 weeks and it works pretty good. I have lost 20 pounds but I am on a low carb diet and try to work out 5 days a week so I am not sure if I would have lost the weight regardless of the pills or not. The reason I give it 3 stars is that when I went to the doctor my blood pressure was 180/100 and I took a dose before my appointment. I normally do not have high blood pressure so probably after the bottle is gone I will stop taking them. I would follow the directions start with one pill and etc. I do get headaches sometimes but that could probably be cause of the high blood pressure that I am assuming they cause. I started by taking the regular Hydroxycut, not this version and I like these ones the best. The regular version makes my feel shaky and these ones do not.
Other Ingredients: Sesame oil, capsule (gelatin, FD&C red #40), tricalcium phosphate, caramel color, ink (shellac, titanium dioxide, ammonium hydroxide, propylene glycol, polydimethylsiloxane), gelatin, polysorbate 80. CONTAINS SESAME, SULFITES AND WHEAT.
Recommended Use: To assess individual tolerance, for the first two days, start with one (1) liquid-cap taken with a glass of water two (2) times daily, approximately 30 minutes before your main meals. Days 3 & 4, take two (2) liquid-caps two (2) times daily. Day 5 & beyond, take two (2) liquid-caps three (3) times daily. Do not exceed 2 liquid-caps in a 4-hour period and/or 6 liquid-caps in a 24-hour period. Always read the entire label before use, and follow the directions provided.
