Read the product description and sounded good. I mixed it with Soy milk and I must say, it was delicious!! If you have tried BSN protein, this is just as tasty if not better. I take ProNos after I train when I can afford it. BSN Syntha-6 is my second choice in protein(6-8 hr. protein)ProNos is(2-3 hr. protein)If you take protein every 3 hrs.ProNos is the best.
