CE2 is in my honest opinion "The" best Creatine in pill form. Each bottle if used as directed should last 45 days. And best of all there is no cycle of CE2, just keep poppin 'em. Before I hit my plateau when I was using other products like AXIS LABS so called ETHYL ESTER, I was stuck at 200-215lb on my bench. But now after that I'm happy to say I plowed through 235lb and it felt light. I recently started on NO2 Black about a week ago, so i still can't say much ,but I am definitely expecting some serious gains...only down side of this product is it tastes like Alcohol which threw me off at first but it's still totally worth it! Great recovery time in between sets and you will notice a rep increase and a extra set sometimes. No loading required with CE2. Try taking 30 min-60 min before training it absorbs fast.
