April 10, 2007 Reviewer: A customer in Texas I got tired of my usual GNC mega men vitamins so I gave these a try. I think they're good. I have not noticed a change in my performance so I would say this would be a good substitute for the mega men vitamins if you're sick of them. I only take two in the morning. The label recommends two in the evening. I think that's just too much vitamin for the normal person. Feel free to experiment and report back. This product does not give me heartburn, jitters, sleeplessness and I have not noticed any other side effects besides the normal yellow as can be morning deliveries in the restroom.
