Good Stuff. Taste is ok, but good pump and focus. Stack it with Amped Energy. Can't go wrong with Met Rx. They've been around for a long time and were one of the first to hit the market with high grade sups.

This stuff is OK. The taste is good but I get a better pump from NO-explode. The best stuff I have used is Jacked 3D. Very potent, but will give you a great pump and it's cheap.

Recommended Use: For adults, mix two (2) to three (3) scoops (40g-60g) with 16-20 fl. oz. of water or juice and consume as follows: one half 30-60 minutes before your workout and the balance during the course of your workout. Limit your use to no more than three (3) scoops in a 24-hour period. Begin with half the recommended dosage to access individual tolerance.
