This is my first time using this product, and I like it. This is mostly because it's whey isolate, so there's no added fat, very low sodium, no cholesterol, and very low sugar (unlike most blends). Taste wise, the vanilla is not too bad, though it tastes better when you use ice cold water to mix with (or some other liquid, probably, too). Sometimes I add a spoonful of cocoa powder so I can have chocolate whey. Tastes Great! For the price and what you get (ingredient wise), I hope they're still selling this stuff at the low price I paid earlier, so I can get more. This is worth it.
