If you are watching your carbs read the labels as all Kind Bars are not low carb. Almond Apricot/Macadamia Apricot are pretty low. The Coconut Almond is the best. Almond, Walnut, Macadamia Protein Plus is great too. When splurging I eat the Mango Apricot Plus, it's way better than any candy or granola bar. My favorites, for a solid snack, almost a meal replacement is the Sesame and Peanuts. The coconut and almond is another favorite. They satisfy a sweet craving surprisingly well.
