The proper name for DHEA is Dehydroepiandrosterone. DHEA is two steps removed from Testosterone, and is a hormone that occurs naturally in your body. When levels of DHEA in the body's bloodstream are low, the body is susceptible to disease and other age-related effects. When DHEA levels are high, the body is at its youthful peak; vibrant, healthy, and able to combat diseases more effectively. As a person gets older, the body's ability to manufacture DHEA diminishes.

December 19, 2008 Reviewer: A customer in Maryland The Kaizen DHEA definitely works. While using it, I had blood work done which showed my DHEA levels were much higher than they were prior to using it. Beware it did raise my estrogen to unacceptable levels when taking 3 times the recommended dose. I had also tried 7-keto DHEA, which barely raised my DHEA levels at all. April 24, 2011 Reviewer: Jason in Indiana I can never tell if some of these supplements really do anything, but after a few weeks of taking just one tablet a day I seen mild unexpected strength and definition gains and quite an increase in libido.
