| Great adjunct that I use for an extra "kick" to my supplements. It's less calories then my usual slurry of sugar and half and half with a splash of coffee for some color in the afternoon. I am on the go about 18 hours 6 days/nights a week. These help to remove the cloud that hovers as a result of a crazy schedule. Does not make me jittery, shaky or upset my stomach like some do. |
