August 18, 2008 Reviewer: A customer in Massachusetts I started a new workout routine about 6 months ago that included a lot of lower body work like squats, pliés, etc. and found that after a few weeks my knees were really sore and weren't getting any better. They even started popping and clicking, making working out less effective, as I had to modify the lower body work to accommodate my knees. I'm a long time shopper with netrition.com and decided to try TheraJoint after reading about it. I was skeptical, but knew I could return it if it didn't work, so I figured I had nothing to lose... Without slowing my workout routine down, and taking the recommended daily dose my knees got a little better each day, and within a month I no longer had any problems. I still take Thera Joint every day as insurance for my joints and knees have never felt stronger. One of the main ingredients is glucosamine, which, if anyone has ever used it on it's own, it can get expensive and the pills are big, chalky and hard to take [depending on brand, etc.].
