This is the best stuff ever!! No funny after taste at all, and very filling. I eat one for lunch, and am full till dinner. Also, very low in calories, so glad I found this LC snack.

High nutrition, highest satisfaction, and in a small can! We've been eating these for about the past year and a half, and have shared them with others who love them as well.
Highest ratings for anyone who wants:
a delicious snack or MEAL,
or a nutritious, convenient lunch for kids/teens who eat VERY LITTLE from school cafeterias,
or a great picnic/camping food with high nutrition,
or travel snacks/meals that pack into small spaces,
or foods needing no refrigeration,
or foods needing no preparation (a spoon's helpful though!)
or foods that have a long shelf life,
or a low calorie snack or meal,
or low (no?) sugar,
or low carb,
or high protein meal,
or A SIMPLE MEAL which fills you up!
My flavor preferences, from good to great, are vanilla, lemon, (vanilla to which I add powdered ginger &/or cinnamon -yummm), chocolate, and banana. On a scale of 1 to 5, it's a 10, hands down. |

I absolutely LOVE this product! I am on a low-carb diet, and this product is so yummy that it feels sinfully good to be eating it! It's filling, yummy and totally OK with my diet! I've tried chocolate, vanilla creme and banana creme - and all are good! My only complaint is that it's OUT OF STOCK, and my cupboard is EMPTY! In the words of Oliver Twist, "Please, may I have some MORE?"

I never get tired of eating these puddings. A great way to get a quick 20 grams of high quality protein. Very convenient. I was sorry to see the lemon flavor discontinued as that was my favorite flavor, but all of the other flavors are very good.

Wow - the reviews are all correct on this one - FANTASTIC. So delicious and creamy, it feels like you are cheating on whatever diet you are on...but the nutrition is great. I am on a program which requires 140+ grams of protein per day but only allows 25 grams of sugar...making dessert-like products all but impossible. This is a life saver!

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between High Protein Pudding and other low-fat or fat-free puddings that I find at the
grocery store?
Each serving of High Protein Pudding contains 20 grams of high
quality protein and is lactose free. High Protein Pudding is the
world’s first ready-to-eat protein pudding that is shelf stable and only needs
refrigeration after you open it. It contains 3-5 times more protein per serving
than other so-called high protein puddings and it tastes delicious! Moreover,
each serving contains only 3 g of carbohydrates or less and has only 2 grams of
fat. There are no unhealthy trans-fats or sugars typically contained in many
other “low fat” or “fat-free” puddings. It also does not contain any sugar or
gut-wrenching sugar alcohols. High Protein Pudding is a healthy
alternative to many other snack foods or protein bars that you would typically
find in a grocery or health food store.
No high protein or health snack can compare or stack up to this! What type of protein is in
High Protein Pudding (soy, whey, etc.)?
There are two types of protein in our pudding. One source is from
lactose-free calcium caseinate (milk derived) and the other is soy protein
isolate. Each serving provides a healthy dose of quality nutrition with superior
taste – tastes great chilled as well!
How can High Protein Pudding -
with 20 g of protein and almost no sugar and fat – taste so good?
High Protein Pudding uses premium ingredients derived from the
highest quality sources and does not contain additives and low grade proteins.
Moreover, High Protein Pudding doesn’t contain unhealthy trans-fats,
or hydrogenated oils, and is free from upsetting sugar alcohols and fat
producing fructose syrup. The real secret lies in the technology that is used to
produce the pudding as well as the custom flavors used to enhance our pudding.
What’s left is a clean and healthy snack alternative that is convenient AND good
for you – with a superior taste and quality.
Is High Protein Pudding suitable for “low-carb” diets?
High Protein Pudding is great for individuals that are on a
“low-carb” or calorie restricted diet. Each serving contains 3 g or less of
carbohydrates and contains zero sugar. Each serving also contains 20 g of
quality protein and because of its great taste, High Protein Pudding
fits well into any diet as a healthy and convenient high protein snack that can
be enjoyed throughout the day.
Is High Protein Pudding a
“meal replacement” or is it a snack?
High Protein Pudding is designed as a healthy, high protein snack.
It is a fantastic alternative to any protein bar or other snack, as these often
contain low quality proteins, unhealthy hydrogenated oils, transfats, and
gut-wrenching sugar alcohols. Although High Protein Pudding is not
designed as a meal replacement, each serving does contain 20 g of quality
protein, making it the perfect snack companion to your healthy eating lifestyle.
Can you cook with High Protein Pudding?
It is not recommended that you cook with High Protein Pudding or
heat it to a temperature above 150 degrees Fahrenheit. However, High Protein
Pudding is fantastic chilled and can be included in many standard
recipes or substituted for any low calorie or fat-free pudding. Indeed, it makes
a great holiday treat and is a good way to make sure you stay on track during
the holiday season – check out these tasty holiday recipes using High Protein
Pudding!
