We have not slept this good in many years...if ever. I recommended it to my brother who was having great difficulty sleeping and had just begun taking the prescription drug Ambien. When taking Ambien he fell asleep OK but kept waking up a couple of hours later. He decided to try Somatomax as I recommended and he is now sleeping through the night. I take just half a scoop each night instead of the full scoop serving because a full scoop made me feel drowsy when I awoke the next morning. Was this review helpful to you? Yes  No
