| I've been lifting weights for over 10 years and staying focused on a balanced diet (+ a 783.6 chickens worth of protein), but in all seriousness, it seemed I always had a hard time getting enough fiber. That was until I started using this wonderful product. It tastes fair to good, mixes easy, very kind to the stomach, won't send you to the bathroom, and is much better than eating the equivalent amounts of food it would take to match this supplement's fiber content. |

| Recommended Use: Mix 1 scoop with 8-10 ounces of water. Stir until dispersed and drink within 3 minutes. Research indicates that a minimum of 30 grams of dietary fiber per day insures proper bowel habits. Fiber-psyll can be taken up to 3 times daily. |

| Warning: This food should be eaten with at least a full glass of liquid. Eating this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not eat this product if you have difficulty in swallowing. Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present unless directed by a doctor. Do not take with water-soluble supplements or medications in water suspension.
