| I use this product often in the place of honey. It has a great taste and fills the need for something sweet. It's perfect for my Massaged Spinach Salad and a huge hit with the family. I ordered another bottle of it today. |

| While the packaging, color, and consistency look just like honey, the flavor is merely sweet like liquid xylitol.
We use the product for our clients who cannot eat honey, or
any other sugar product. It gives variety from the usual maple flavor we serve with our breakfasts. |

| I was simply desperate for a honey type low carb product, and unfortunately I still am. I really did not have high expectations I really would have been happy with something that vaguely resembled honey. This product is horrible and the only resemblance to honey was the bear bottle. The consistency is the same as a personal lubricant (other reviewer was not kidding) and the flavor is bitter and overly sweet. When the Global Sweet is back in stock I will give it a try and write another review. |

| Not sweet at all, difficult to mix with beverages, there is much better sugar free honey options out there. |
