I have been using this product now for 6 months and it is wonderful! Great way to get protein and fiber without carbs. The taste is ok, better if mixed with milk. I mix it with water to avoid the carb count. Soy has proven to be much better for me than whey. I have lost 30 pounds by cutting carbs and using this shake mix.
Disgusting. I thought I'd try going from a whey based (ON Complete Protein) protein mix to a soy based. Maybe it's just a trait of soy based powders, but this stuff is absolutely gross. You can't just mix it with water. If you do, it tastes like someone poured soap in your drink. Mixing it with milk makes it manageable, but it still comes with a horrible aftertaste. I even tried making it in the blender with milk and peanut butter. What a waste of good peanut butter. I'm going back to the whey product I started with.
Ingredients: Soy Protein, IP soy fiber, calcium carbonate, guar gum, canola oil, cellulose gum, and natural flavor.
Recommended Use: For best results, add 1 scoop of powder to 10 oz. of your favorite juice and mix in an electric blender, or in a shaker. Can also be mixed with protein fortified nonfat milk, water or other beverage of choice. Also used in baking.
