Tried VPX but was disappointed. My wife has also begun to work out and we both feel this gets us through the tough grind. All flavors are pretty much the same (not great but drinkable). By the way, we do resistance training and finish with cardio. Once again, gets us through it. Will continue to buy the stuff. As a side bar, I add a little whey protein (about 15 grams).
