April 23, 2010 Reviewer: Ray in Kansas I started taking Anavite approximately two and a half weeks ago and I love the results. The label recommends that you take three tablets twice a day, but only take three at my midday meal. I was debating on which thermogenic to take to begin my cutting process and came across this product. Most thermogenics make me have the shakes. My hands and face tingle for about an hour, but that is all. I have lost 8 pounds in the above stated time, but kept most of my muscle mass.
