I just got them in the mail today and tried them so I haven't tried it with anything on it - although I'm sure it would taste fabulous as well. The texture is a little bit airy and crispy - hence "crispbread" (hard to explain), so not like a regular cracker. You can chew it for a little while because there is so much fiber in it. You can really taste the sunflower seeds and you can tell it was made in the mind of health conscious consumers. Would taste really good with PB2/peanut butter and bananas or as a tiny open faced sandwich! They have a better texture than others of their type and are worth the slightly higher carb count - it makes all the difference in palatability. Are they saltines? No, of course not.
