Other Ingredients: Filtered water, natural and artificial flavors, sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate (as preservatives), aspartame, acesulfame potassium.

Recommended Use: NORMAL USE:mix 20 - 40cc's (one to two label tick marks ) in two times amount of water and consume. HARDCORE USE:Consume 20 - 40cc's (one to two label tick marks ) straight (warning HOT). Do not consume more that 120cc a day. Best if consumed 10-20 minutes before workout.
