April 29, 2011 Reviewer: Tammey in South Dakota I have tried the Creamy Vanilla and the Rich Chocolate Shakes. My husband and I have them for breakfast every day and also use them for recovery shakes. They taste great and we have both lost weight and improved our health. My husband has always been a die hard chocolate fan but we both prefer the vanilla. We add fruit and a teaspoon of sugar free pudding mix or jello mix for all kinds of flavors. It appears to have a nice profile of proteins and vitamins. It does have 11 carbs per scoop (net 6), so if you use a couple of scoops, the carbs will add up.
