May 19, 2008 Reviewer: Arena in United Kingdom/Great Britain Very good Ephedra substitute. Since the demise of ephedra, I have tried MANY products claiming to be energy boosters/cutting agents. This is the only one I have found that doesn't exaggerate wildly in their claims. Good product. Not as teeth clenching or jittery as ephedra but it certainly does fuel my workouts and motivate me to do one more set. Now my default choice for energy and cutting combined with Guggul.
