Carb Counters Frosting Mix
What a delicious and handy frosting mix... your choice of preparing a fat
free fluffy frosting (just add water and whip) or real butter cream version
(just add a stick of softened unsalted butter). It makes a great sweet icing or
glaze (just add water). Frosts two - 8" cake layers or a 9" x 13" sheet cake.
Also great for topping berries, etc. Just one net carb per serving. 12
servings per packet. Enjoy!

| Ingredients: Fructooligosaccharides (soluable fiber), dried egg white, corn starch, carageenan, low glycemic monosaccharide, cream of tartar, sucralose, low glycemic fruit concentrate, vanilla powder. |

| Recommended Use: FOR FAT FREE FLUFFY FROSTING:In medium size bowl, add 1/2 cup warm water to mix and beat on high with electric mixer for 3-5 minutes, until frosting thickens, doubles in volume and makes soft peaks. Frost cake and store in refrigerator. After 2 days...freeze leftovers wonderfully for up to 2 months.
FOR REAL BUTTER CREAM FROSTING:In small mixing bowl combine 1 stick (1/2 cup) softened UNSALTED butter to mix plus 4 tablespoons (1/4 cup) warm water - mix until creamy. (Do NOT use salted butter).
FOR CHOCOLATE BUTTER CREAM:Add 3 tablespoons cocoa and an extra 2 tablespoons water.
FOR A SWEET ICING OR GLAZE:Simply add 1/3 cup warm water to dry mix and mix until well blended - spread or drizzle over top of cake. |
